Saint Romanos the Melodist Medallion
The
National Forum of Greek Orthodox Church Musicians awards the Medallion of
Saint Romanos the Melodist to those church musicians who have made exemplary
national contributions to the development of church music in the Archdiocese
of America. We are proud that this honor has been bestowed to one of our
own in the Southeastern Federation.

Patriarch Athenagoras I Medal
This award was developed and established by the National Forum of Greek Orthodox Church Musicians in 1996. It is a means to give national recognition to meritorious individuals whose contributions to the Music Ministry of the Church are worthy of distinction. The recipient shall have significantly contributed talents and/or service to the development and perpetuation of the Greek Orthodox Church Choirs and Musicians of the Atlanta Metropolis. By so doing, these individuals shall have fostered the aims and goals of the Choir Federation of the National Forum.
